Accurate purchasing expenditure information is essential for any manager working in the NHS — whether in a Collaborative Procurement Hub (CPH), Confederation, multi-Trust grouping or Acute Trust. However the multiplicity of systems and data standards means that this information is not readily obtainable.

Using your purchasing and financial source data, and working in conjunction with our partner Etesius, Healthlogistics is able to produce a multi-view database that allows examination of your expenditure by supplier, e-class classification or order line. Graphical presentation is excellent and data can be drilled down for examination of the underlying purchases. The database can either be created as a one-off exercise or updated continuously, and can then be exported to MS Excel for further analysis or presentation.
