use a catalogue with cleansed and standardised data based on the supplier’s item code during the requisitioning and ordering process
  • send out all orders electronically using the various means now available, ranging from autofax to XML
  • receive back electronic status and invoice data from as many suppliers as possible, whether automatically or semi-automatically

We are able to provide catalogue data from any supplier including medical supplies, pharmacy, diagnostics, IT, food, office supplies, estates, agency staffing and utilities.

More than 250 leading suppliers now provide us with catalogue data, of which 30 are members of the HL-Cat Gold service for suppliers that fully meets NHS e-Catalogue Data Standards.
